Unlike many applications claiming to help nonprofits manage fundraisers, Handbid was built for mobile bidding by expert fundraisers. The goal of this project, completed through partner agency, Story Sells, was to provide Handbid with a message that captured the attention of their target audience and broadcast that message via a new approach to marketing and sales. The organization was also able to retire a website that was very features-oriented and instead champion a story focused on the customer.
My role in this project included:
- Deep dive discovery with stakeholders
- Conducting client interviews
- Brand message consulting
- Creating new information architecture
- All copywriting for Handbid’s website
