PV Heating & Air does things different from other Atlanta-area HVAC outfits. Instead of showing up for a sales consultation, guessing at what size air conditioner you need, and pressuring you to sign on the dotted line, they do things correctly. The PV team takes copious measurements of your home, noting key attributes that influence the size of your HVAC system. Then they show you the right system for your home — the one that will actually keep you comfortable!
The problem was that most people don’t know valuable this level of service really is. To help PV develop an effective brand message, I helped them think like their customers. After determining what it is their customers really wanted (an AC and furnace that keeps them comfortable and doesn’t break down, mostly), we created a story that puts their customer front and center.
