Since then, I’ve helped heaps of startups and software vendors (these days, it’s mostly cloud companies) create copy that bridges the gap between technical solutions and non-techie audiences who need the quick-and-dirty 101.
And I do it all with a solid grounding in content marketing, content strategy, SEO best practices, and user experience design principles. In my view, those things are just as important as telling a compelling story.
